Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the dispatch note inside the parcel.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our laboratory team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
